"UPDATE DEC 2025: Jeff’s office continues to be amazing to deal with. Just got a new car and their service-person was hugely helpful in switching autos and getting me a rate that was virtually identical to my much older vehicle despite it being a Saturday. Also had an accident some time ago, and they made the claims process really easy on me. I’m very happy with the continued great service Jeff and his team provides, and I’d absolutely still recommend them after a decade of solid service! I got referred here by a friend and don't for a second regret cancelling my AllState policies. Jeff and his team have been fantastic. Any changes to my policy have been quickly communicated with me, and when I call (during reasonable business hours) I've always been able to reach, at the very least, his service team - all of whom seem pretty well-trained and have been able to thoroughly answer any questions. The few times I've asked them to have Jeff call me (if he's busy - I know owning a business is tough and don't expect the guy to be around when I snap my fingers) he's gotten back to me quickly and is always more than personable when discussing my policies. Overall, I know this office runs like any sales office does, but I've never gotten the feeling that Jeff and his team are out to upsell services, or force policies on me that I don't need. When I've needed a tow, or to have a document submitted to my lienholder, or anything small like that, it's been taken care of immediately. So I can't get a hold of them at 9 PM, outside of regular hours? That's not realistic."

"Ive been a State Farm customer for many years and this agency used to be so much better. When I've called and spoken with someone, the person always seems bothered by the call. During the most recent call, I had asked for information about my policy and the guy said he would send me an email for me to respond with my request instead of providing the information at that time. I replied to the email and even sent a separate email to general email. I never received a response. The communication and personal investment in customers has really declined here. I've now switched agents."

"Been customer for many years, since Jeff opened, but recently though they seem to lack caring for their customers and their needs. Emails and phone calls go unanswered and ignored and when they finally do answer they give just excuses for ignoring your needs. Customer service is huge in my book; I will pay extra for that but when the quality drops not worth it anymore."

"The best agent anybody could ask for. I have been with Jeff at State farm for probably around 7 years. I got to tell you he really truly does care about his clients. I am a contractor and I see it first hand how he goes above and beyond for all his customers. We had a tornado come through our area couple years ago and Jeff was literally the only agent out at all his insurance houses when the adjuster was there to make sure they would get in the best fair assessment possible. Most with being a contractor and the experience I have you really never see an agent at a property when it is being adjusted by the insurance company but not Jeff He goes above and beyond. He is absolutely a rockstar. He has built a great team around him. I got pulled over one time and didn't have my insurance cards I called Dylan within a matter of 30 seconds they were emailed to my phone so I was able to show the officer and avoid a no insurance tickets.
